General Conditions

TakeNotePlannerCo reserves the right to refuse any order submitted at any time, for any reason. When an order confirmation email is received, this is to indicate that your order has been received. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

Opening an account

Personalisation

For products which can be personalised, it is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check their personalisation ensuring it is correct before placing the order. Personalisation is printed exactly as submitted, and will not be checked for spelling or grammatical errors.

All goods are carefully and securely packaged, however, in the rare event that items are damaged in transit, please photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening, in case a claim needs to be made with the carrier.

Once your order is despatched, TakeNotePlannerCo cannot be held liable for any delays by the carrier with the delivery of your goods.
Please be prepared for potential delays in the delivery chain. If you require receipt of goods urgently, please select the quicker delivery option available at checkout.

TakeNotePlannerCo cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
If you have missed an attempted delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to follow carrier's instructions to arrange redelivery or collect your package.
In the event that goods are returned to TakeNotePlannerCo, we reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge to re-ship the order.

If delivery is to a non-residential address or to student accommodation, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the department receiving post, forwards your package to you.

For international orders, any customs or import duties levied once a package has reached its destination country are solely the customer's responsibility, and must be paid promptly to avoid goods being returned to the UK.
We reserve the right not to refund orders returned to us due to customer's refusal to pay tax / duties at point of delivery in your country. 
It is the customer's responsibility to research your country's import tax laws before placing an order.
If a refund is agreed upon, this will be minus the original shipping charge and fee charged by the carrier to return the goods.
