Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible (preferably within 1 hour), bearing in mind my quick order turn around.

Returns

In most cases I will be happy to accept returns. However, as all my products are printed to order, returns are not accepted on dated items where the start date is imminent or has already passed.
For high value items such as dated daily inserts, I reserve the right to apply a restocking fee.

Note, all inserts are A5 size. This is clearly stated on product pages and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their planner will fit A5 inserts before placing an order. Orders cannot be returned due to customer sizing error if the start date is imminent or has already passed.

Note, planner inserts are refills for your organiser and a binder is not included. This is clearly stated on product pages and orders cannot be returned if you were incorrectly under the impression that a binder was included, if the start date is imminent or has already passed.

If, in the event that Take Note Planner Co has made an error with your order, or goods arrive damaged, you will be sent a replacement promptly.

Refunds
If a refund is agreed upon, this will be minus the original postage cost. The customer will fund the return of the goods and is responsible for ensuring products are packaged in such a way to avoid damage in transit.
Proof of postage must be obtained from the Post Office. In the event that returned goods are lost in transit, strictly no refund will be issued if proof of postage is not supplied.

If products are not returned in their original, re-sellable condition, the customer is liable for any loss in value and this will be reflected in the amount, if any, that is refunded.
All goods are carefully and securely packaged, however, if your order has arrived damaged, you must provide photographs of the outer packaging prior to opening it, so a claim can be made with the delivery company.
Non-refundable items

Personalised items which are specially made (for example, with your choice of name or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold) cannot be returned.
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check all personalisation ensuring it is correct before placing the order. Personalisation is printed exactly as submitted, and will not be checked for spelling or grammatical errors.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, and I will do all I can to resolve any issues.
If a refund is agreed upon, goods must be sent back within 14 calendar days of our communication.

Products must not be returned without contacting me first. Any goods returned without prior authorisation will incur a 50% restocking fee.
