Orders are sent using Royal Mail, with free (2nd class) delivery for orders over £50.

Estimated delivery time after despatch:
• 1st Class: 1 - 3 working days
• 2nd Class: 3 - 12 working days*

*Royal Mail now only deliver 2nd class post on alternate weekdays (eg: Mon, Wed, Fri one week, then Tue, Thu the following week).
As this service will be extremely variable, please be prepared for 2nd class delivery to take up to two weeks.

Items are sent with a fully tracked service, however, more economical rates are available on smaller orders if you are happy to use a standard untracked service.

• Worldwide 5 - 12 working days

Please provide your phone number at checkout to avoid any delays with customs.

PO Box addresses
Your delivery address must include a street name (not just a PO box number). Shipping cannot be processed without this information.

IMPORTANT
Any customs, VAT or import duties levied once a package has reached the destination country are solely the customer's responsibility, and must be paid promptly to avoid goods being returned to the UK. It is the customer's responsibility to research your own country's import tax laws and thresholds before placing an order to avoid any unexpected costs.
Kindly note, orders returned due to customers refusing to pay these fees will not be refunded.
