Orders are sent using Royal Mail, with free delivery on orders over £50.

• Tracked 24: 1 working day
Items are sent with a fully tracked service, with free delivery for orders over £150.
(More economical rates are available on smaller orders if you are happy to use a standard untracked service).

PO Box addresses
Your delivery address must include a street name (not just a PO box number). Shipping cannot be processed without this information.
IMPORTANT
Any customs, VAT or import duties levied once a package has reached the destination country are solely the customer's responsibility, and must be paid promptly to avoid goods being returned to the UK. It is the customer's responsibility to research your own country's import tax laws and thresholds before placing an order to avoid any unexpected costs.
